Committee members help make arrangements for the Altar Server Awards Ceremonies. This includes mailing to pastors notifying them of dates and places of ceremonies, providing reports sorted by location, parish and candidates' names. It could also include printing and helping with the distribution of the certificates. In attending the Altar Server Ceremonies, you will assist as a greeter or usher - directing candidates and their families for the ceremony, handing out programs and other tasks as needed prior to and at the event as needed.
